How to prepare Quick Porridge Oats


  • Weigh 90g ( approx. 8 heaped tablespoons) of quick porridge oats flour and measure 1 litre of water
  • Mix the flour with part of the cold water into a smooth paste. Bring the rest of the water to boil
  • Pour the paste into the already boiling water and stir continuously for about 3 minutes
  • Add milk and sugar if desired
  • Cooking time is about 3 – 6 minutes
