How to prepare Family Sour Porridge


  • Measure 60g (approx. 5 heaped tablespoons) of sour porridge flour into a pan with 500ml of cold water
  • Stir with a wooden spoon until smooth
  • Bring to boil while stirring continuously
  • Lower heat and simmer for 5 – 10 minutes
  • Add sugar to taste
  • Ready to serve
